Insurance
The liability of carrier and freight forwarder is limited.
With road freight carrier’s liability is 8,33 SDR per one kilogram of gross weight of goods according to CMR Convention. SDR is a payment unit of International Monetary Fund and its rate is daily presented by Eesti Pank.
With lightweight and expensive goods we recommend an insurance contract that would cover the whole cost of goods.
